Payment terms (US customers):
Credit Card: Visa/Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
COD: We do not offer this service.
Open Terms:
It's easy - select "Terms" for payment method during check-out process.
We accept purchase orders and requisitions from USA Federal, State, County, and City offices and agencies. We accept purchase orders and requisitions from USA schools, churches, hospitals, banks, credit unions, etc.
Other USA customers: We accept purchase orders and requisitions from customers with acceptable credit history. We may require completion of a credit application.
Terms for international customers
Warranties:
Warranties are provided by the product manufacturer. If you experience a problem, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Returns:
Please contact us for return authorization number which must accompany all product returns.
Return of saleable product is normally limited to 90 days or less. Many products, for example fusers, copier drums, and others, usually cannot be returned if opened. Contact us if you have questions.
Prices may change - notice:
Occasionally, we may experience price/cost changes that prevents us from
offering product(s) at price(s) appearing on our website. When this
occurs, you will be notified of price change. You may cancel or proceed
with your order. We will not process your order without approval.
